Payment of Taxes, Water & Sewer, and Red Light Citations uses the services of Official Payments Corporation, and takes full advantage of internet security in the handling of your credit card information.

Official Payments Corporation charges a convenience fee for this service. For Personal Property Taxes, Real Property Taxes, and Red Light Citations the amount of the fee is determined by the amount of the payment and is automatically added to your transaction. For Water Sewer Bills, a flat fee of $4.95 is automatically added to payments of $500 or less. Water Sewer payments are capped at a maximum of $500 per transaction.

To pay by telephone use the toll free number: 888-2PAY-TAX (888-272-9829). When prompted, enter 3001 for Howard County Government payments. You will be asked to enter your credit card information.

iPayment of Parking Tickets uses the services of ParkingTicketPayment.com. ParkingTicketPayment.com charges a flat convenience fee of $3.50 per citation and is automatically added to your payment. At the current time, there is no pay by phone option available for Parking Tickets.

Payment by credit card does not give Howard County Government access to your credit card number. That information is retained strictly by Official Payments Corporation.
