Howard County residents can dispose of trash and recycling items at the Alpha Ridge Landfill. Residents using the landfill are required to show their driver's licenses as proof of residence in Howard County each time they enter. NEW! Residential Used Cooking Oil Collection Program at Alpha Ridge Landfill. For details click here. NOTE: Residents disposing of construction, demolition, and home improvement waste will be charged the commercial tipping fee ($65/ton). This includes deliveries mixed with household waste. COMMUNITY CLEANUP Communities can call Environmental Services (410-313-6444) to request a reservation form to complete for delivery of a dumpster for a specified site for a weekend community clean up. The limit is twice yearly; there is no fee. | |||||||||||||
